Matepacking Ltd' retort pouches are constructed from varying grade films which are laminated together. Material structure includes high barrier aluminium material or microwaveable clear material, could withstand temperatures ranging from 120℃ to 135℃ and provides the moisture-proof, oxygen-proof, strength, toughness, puncture and burst resistance that enable them to withstand the strenuous retort process.

As for Retort Pouch, the key point is Material + Lamination + Printing Oils

a. Material:

We only use RCPP from Japan, which can support maximum 135℃.

We have testing machine like attached photo.

b. Lamination:

We have workers with more than 15 years' experience in the retort bag lamination and bag making.

And we'll do lamination testing and Tensile Strength testing during production to ensure quality.

c. Printing Oils:

The oils are eco-friendly and support high temperature retorting.
